Returns Policy

General return conditions

We offer the possibility of returning items within 14 days of receipt. After this period, no refund or exchange can be processed. We accept returns of new and used items within this 14-day period. We accept exchanges of new and used items within this 14-day period.

Return processing fees

There are no restocking fees.

How to return an item?

1️⃣ Contact our customer service at contact@noryne.com to initiate your return request.

2️⃣ You may use the withdrawal form available on our website.

3️⃣ Once validated, send the item back to the following address:

Return shipping costs & responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged or incorrect items, for which Noryne covers the return shipping costs.
  • The return shipment is your responsibility. We cannot guarantee its receipt by our team.
  • If the value of the returned item exceeds £50, we recommend sending it with a tracking number and/or parcel insurance.

Items not eligible for return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been visibly damaged or excessively used

Refunds and exchanges

Conditions for accepting a refund or exchange

  • Any return request made more than 14 days after receipt of the order will not be accepted.
  • If defects or damage are found on the returned item without prior evidence provided (photos or videos), the refund or exchange request will be automatically cancelled.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging. Any return containing stained or marked items will not be exchanged or refunded.
  • A printed copy of the order confirmation email must be included in the parcel. Without this document, the return cannot be processed and will be considered lost.

Refund processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will send an email to confirm receipt and approve or reject the refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 3 days (may vary depending on your bank).

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within the indicated timeframe:

3️⃣ Contact your bank.

Exchanges

Only items that are defective or damaged upon delivery can be replaced. To prove that the damage did not occur after receipt, we require a photo of the product in its original packaging at the time of unboxing, with the label and delivery information clearly visible. If an exchange is needed, please contact us at contact@noryne.com
