Article 21 – Governing law, disputes & mediation
Governing law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you also retain all mandatory rights afforded to you under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights cannot be waived by contract.
