Processing and delivery times
Processing time: 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Saturday.
Shipping time (United Kingdom): 4 to 6 business days, Monday to Saturday.
Total delivery time (United Kingdom): 5 to 9 business days, Monday to Saturday.

Change of delivery address
Once an order is in transit, we are no longer able to modify the delivery address. If a change of address is required, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@noryne.com
Cancellation policy & address errors
Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been prepared for dispatch. We recommend submitting your request within 24 hours of purchase. Once the item has been dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy for any refund request.
We encourage you to carefully check your address before completing your order. Any address correction will only be possible if the order is still being processed.
Noryne cannot be held responsible for orders returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Damaged parcels in transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we advise you to refuse the delivery and immediately notify our customer service team.
If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact us at contact@noryne.com with photos of the product and its packaging.
